Overview

Portside Square is Ellington’s architectural masterpiece, redefining the art of waterfront living in Dubai. Rising within the historic Mina Rashid district, the development reflects the city’s maritime spirit through fluid lines and soft contours inspired by the motion of wind and water. Comprising three sculptural towers — Portside Residences I, II, and III — the project captures the essence of design in motion, with façades that shimmer in natural light and create a harmonious dialogue between sea, sky, and structure. It stands as a contemporary landmark where elegance meets timeless coastal charm.
