Last updated: June 2025 ยท Onelink Real Estate LLC

1.Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Onelink Real Estate LLC trading as Onelink Properties, collects, uses, stores, shares, protects, retains, transfers, and otherwise processes personal data in connection with the website onelink.properties, its property listings, digital advertisements, online forms, client communications, real estate brokerage services, marketing activities, viewing arrangements, transaction coordination, compliance procedures, and related business operations.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, "Onelink," "Onelink Properties," "we," "us," or "our" means Onelink Real Estate LLC, a real estate brokerage company licensed in the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, registered with the Dubai Land Department, the Real Estate Regulatory Agency, and any other competent authority. "You," "your," "User," "Client," "Buyer," "Seller," "Landlord," "Tenant," "Investor," "Visitor," or "Inquirer" means any person who accesses the Website, submits an inquiry, requests information, lists a property, arranges a viewing, communicates with Onelink, or otherwise uses our services.

2.Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected through the Website, property inquiry forms, listing forms, valuation requests, email communications, telephone calls, WhatsApp messages, SMS messages, social media communications, online advertisements, property portals, viewing arrangements, transaction documents, client onboarding, AML/KYC reviews, complaint handling, and any other interaction between you and Onelink.

This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, any applicable brokerage agreement, RERA form, DLD form, tenancy document, sale document, developer document, reservation form, trustee office document, AML/KYC form, payment instruction, commission document, and any other transaction-specific document applicable to your relationship with Onelink.

3.Our Privacy and Online Protection Commitment

Onelink is committed to processing personal data lawfully, fairly, transparently, securely, and only for legal, regulatory, brokerage, marketing, transaction, compliance, cybersecurity, record-keeping, and dispute-management purposes. Because real estate brokerage involves identity documents, ownership documents, payment details, compliance checks, property information, transaction documents, and communications across multiple online channels, Onelink applies a protective approach to privacy and data handling.

Onelink will use reasonable technical, organizational, administrative, and contractual measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, misuse, alteration, unlawful disclosure, cyber threats, unauthorized processing, and inappropriate access. However, no website, email system, messaging platform, cloud system, payment channel, device, network, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and users must also take appropriate precautions when communicating or transacting online.

4.Data Controller

For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, Onelink generally acts as the controller of personal data that it collects and processes in connection with the Website, property inquiries, listings, client communications, marketing activities, brokerage services, transaction coordination, compliance checks, accounting, record-keeping, and business administration.

In certain cases, other parties involved in a property transaction may also act as independent controllers of your personal data. These may include developers, master developers, sellers, landlords, buyers, tenants, trustee offices, banks, mortgage providers, valuation companies, property portals, government authorities, regulators, professional advisers, payment providers, cloud providers, and service providers, each of whom may process your personal data under its own legal obligations and privacy practices.

5.Personal Data We Collect

Onelink may collect personal data that you provide directly, personal data generated through your interaction with the Website, personal data obtained during brokerage or transaction processes, and personal data received from lawful third-party sources. This may include your name, nationality, date of birth, gender, passport details, Emirates ID details, visa information, residency status, contact details, address, email address, telephone number, WhatsApp number, occupation, employer information, and communication preferences.

Onelink may also collect real estate and transaction information, including title deeds, Oqood documents, sale and purchase agreements, reservation forms, tenancy contracts, Ejari documents, service charge statements, mortgage details, developer statements, payment schedules, property photographs, videos, floor plans, viewing records, offer details, listing instructions, asking prices, rental amounts, handover information, NOC requirements, and documents relating to the sale, purchase, lease, rental, marketing, reservation, assignment, or transfer of property.

6.Corporate, Representative, and Authority Data

Where you act for a company, foundation, trust, partnership, fund, family office, developer, landlord, seller, buyer, tenant, beneficial owner, or other legal person, Onelink may collect corporate and representative information. This may include trade licenses, certificates of incorporation, constitutional documents, shareholder information, director information, manager information, beneficial ownership information, board resolutions, shareholder resolutions, powers of attorney, authority letters, registers, and authorized signatory documents.

If you provide personal data on behalf of another person, you confirm that you are authorized to provide such information and that the relevant person has been informed of this Privacy Policy where required. Onelink may refuse to proceed with any instruction, listing, viewing, offer, transaction, or service where authority, ownership, identity, beneficial ownership, or representative capacity has not been verified to Onelink's reasonable satisfaction.

7.Financial, Payment, and Compliance Data

Where required for a transaction, legal obligation, regulatory obligation, internal compliance procedure, AML/KYC review, payment verification, fraud-prevention purpose, or dispute-management purpose, Onelink may collect financial and compliance information. This may include source-of-funds information, source-of-wealth information, bank details, payment confirmations, manager's cheque details, proof of income, mortgage pre-approval documents, financing status, beneficial ownership details, sanctions screening results, politically exposed person screening results, adverse media information, and transaction-risk information.

Onelink may process this information for customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, transaction monitoring, sanctions checks, fraud prevention, suspicious activity assessment, regulatory reporting, internal compliance approval, payment verification, invoice management, accounting, commission recovery, and record-keeping. Onelink may be legally required to retain or disclose certain compliance information even where a transaction does not proceed or where you later request deletion of your personal data.

8.Technical, Device, and Website Data

When you use the Website, Onelink may collect technical and usage data, including IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referral source, pages viewed, time and date of access, session duration, approximate location data, cookie identifiers, analytics data, click behavior, form submissions, search behavior, device identifiers, error logs, and information relating to how you interact with the Website.

This information may be used to operate, maintain, secure, monitor, test, improve, personalize, and analyze the Website, to detect misuse or fraud, to measure advertising effectiveness, to understand client demand, to improve user experience, to troubleshoot technical issues, to maintain cybersecurity, to protect against bots or scraping, and to preserve evidence in the event of abuse, suspicious activity, unauthorized access, or legal claims.

9.Information Collected from Third Parties

Onelink may receive personal data about you from third-party sources where relevant to our services or legal obligations. These sources may include sellers, landlords, buyers, tenants, developers, master developers, property portals, listing platforms, lead-generation providers, banks, mortgage advisers, trustee offices, valuation providers, lawyers, auditors, consultants, government authorities, regulatory bodies, publicly available databases, sanctions databases, fraud-prevention tools, and compliance screening providers.

Where Onelink receives information from third parties, we may combine it with information you provide directly, or information generated through your use of the Website or our services. Onelink will use such information only where reasonably necessary for brokerage services, transaction coordination, compliance checks, property verification, advertising, communication, fraud prevention, dispute management, legal obligations, or legitimate business purposes.

10.Purposes of Processing

Onelink may process personal data to operate the Website, respond to inquiries, arrange property viewings, verify identity, prepare and manage property listings, advertise properties, communicate with users, introduce buyers and sellers, introduce landlords and tenants, coordinate with developers, process offers, prepare transaction documents, support property sales, support leasing transactions, coordinate off-plan opportunities, and provide real estate brokerage services.

Onelink may also process personal data to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, conduct AML/KYC checks, verify source of funds, manage payments and invoices, protect legal rights, handle complaints, respond to authority requests, maintain accounting records, preserve transaction records, improve services, conduct marketing, manage client relationships, administer internal systems, protect online platforms, and defend or enforce legal claims.

11.Legal Basis for Processing

Onelink processes personal data where there is a lawful basis to do so under applicable law. This may include processing required for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, processing required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, processing based on your consent, processing necessary for legitimate business interests, processing necessary to protect legal rights, and processing necessary for AML, sanctions, fraud-prevention, cybersecurity, or regulatory purposes.

12.Real Estate Brokerage Processing

Because Onelink operates as a real estate broker, your personal data may need to be processed and shared for transaction-related purposes. This may include sharing relevant information with sellers, landlords, buyers, tenants, developers, master developers, trustee offices, banks, mortgage providers, valuation companies, property portals, professional advisers, government authorities, building management, utility providers, and other parties involved in a property transaction.

For example, buyer information may need to be shared with a seller, developer, trustee office, bank, or authority. Seller information may need to be shared with buyers, portals, trustee offices, developers, or authorities. Landlord and tenant information may need to be shared for tenancy documentation, viewing coordination, Ejari-related processes, payment arrangements, access arrangements, and building-management requirements.

13.Property Listings and Advertising

Where you instruct Onelink to list, market, advertise, sell, or lease a property, property-related information may be published or shared through the Website, property portals, social media platforms, search engines, marketing campaigns, email campaigns, digital advertisements, brochures, newsletters, messaging channels, and other advertising media.

Published listing information may include property photographs, videos, floor plans, location, community, asking price, rental price, size, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, amenities, availability, furnishing status, viewing arrangements, and other details customarily included in real estate advertising. Onelink will not intentionally publish identity documents, private contact details, bank details, confidential ownership documents, or sensitive compliance information in public listings, unless disclosure is required by law or expressly authorized for a lawful purpose.

14.Trakheesi, Madmoun, and Advertising Compliance

Where required under Dubai real estate advertising procedures, Onelink may process property information, owner information, listing details, permit details, and related documents for the purpose of obtaining, maintaining, displaying, verifying, or updating advertising permits, including through Trakheesi or similar authority systems. This may also include information required for Madmoun QR code verification or other DLD/RERA advertising compliance procedures.

You acknowledge that regulatory advertising requirements may require certain property and permit details to be submitted to, verified by, displayed through, or checked against authority-approved systems, property portals, official verification channels, or other compliance tools. Onelink may remove, suspend, amend, or decline any listing where the required information, documents, permits, authorizations, or approvals are unavailable, incomplete, expired, inconsistent, unverifiable, or otherwise unsuitable for lawful publication.

15.AML, Sanctions, and Regulatory Reporting

Onelink may process personal data for AML, beneficial ownership verification, source-of-funds verification, counter-terrorist financing, proliferation financing, sanctions screening, politically exposed person screening, adverse media screening, source-of-wealth verification, transaction-risk assessment, and suspicious activity monitoring. This processing may be required before, during, or after a property transaction or proposed transaction.

Onelink may be legally required to report suspicious transactions or activities to competent authorities and may be restricted from notifying you of such reporting. Onelink shall not be liable for any delay, refusal, suspension, termination, disclosure, retention, escalation, or reporting undertaken in good faith for AML, sanctions, compliance, legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, or risk-management reasons.

16.Online Inquiries, Forms, and Lead Generation

Where you submit an online inquiry, lead form, valuation request, viewing request, project registration, contact form, newsletter subscription, or campaign response, Onelink may process the information submitted to respond to your request, contact you, understand your property requirements, recommend relevant properties, arrange viewings, verify your interest, manage internal records, and improve service delivery.

Online forms may be hosted by Onelink or by third-party platforms, advertising networks, CRM systems, social media platforms, property portals, or lead-generation providers. While Onelink will take reasonable steps to use reputable service providers, Onelink is not responsible for the privacy settings, platform policies, data collection practices, or security measures of third-party platforms that you use independently or through external advertisements.

17.Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Telephone Communications

Onelink may communicate with you through email, telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, social media messages, portal messages, and other electronic channels. Records of such communications may be retained for client service, transaction management, compliance, training, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, quality assurance, legal protection, and record-keeping purposes.

Electronic communications may involve third-party networks, applications, telecom operators, cloud systems, and device-level security risks outside Onelink's control. You should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through unsecured channels and should independently verify any payment instruction, bank account detail, document request, or urgent transaction instruction before acting on it.

18.Marketing Communications

Onelink may use your contact details, property preferences, inquiry history, location preferences, budget range, transaction interest, and communication preferences to send you property listings, market updates, newsletters, new project launches, open-house invitations, investment updates, area guides, event invitations, promotional communications, and information about services that may be relevant to your real estate interests.

Marketing communications may be sent by email, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, telephone, social media, advertising platforms, or other electronic channels, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time, but Onelink may continue to send service-related, transaction-related, compliance-related, legal, administrative, security, or account-related communications where necessary.

19.Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Website may use cookies, pixels, tags, beacons, analytics tools, advertising technologies, tracking scripts, server logs, device identifiers, and similar technologies to operate, secure, monitor, improve, and personalize the Website and Onelink's online services. These technologies may be placed directly by Onelink or by third-party service providers engaged by Onelink for website hosting, analytics, advertising, marketing, security, fraud prevention, customer relationship management, lead tracking, performance measurement, and similar business purposes.

You may manage, restrict, block, or delete cookies through your browser settings or device settings. If you block or disable cookies, certain parts of the Website may not function properly and some features may become unavailable.

20.Analytics, Retargeting, and Advertising Platforms

Onelink may use analytics, retargeting, advertising, campaign-management, and measurement tools provided by third-party platforms to understand how users interact with the Website, to assess the performance of online advertisements, to show relevant property advertisements, to manage marketing audiences, and to improve future campaigns.

These tools may process online identifiers, device information, cookie data, click behavior, page views, conversion data, approximate location data, and campaign interaction data. Where required, Onelink will seek appropriate consent or provide opt-out mechanisms for non-essential tracking technologies. Third-party advertising platforms may also process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

21.Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties

Onelink may share personal data with third parties where reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Such third parties may include developers, sellers, landlords, buyers, tenants, property portals, CRM providers, website hosting providers, IT providers, cloud storage providers, marketing platforms, payment service providers, banks, mortgage providers, trustee offices, valuation companies, surveyors, property inspectors, relocation providers, lawyers, auditors, accountants, consultants, compliance screening providers, insurers, government authorities, regulators, courts, arbitral tribunals, and law enforcement authorities.

Onelink does not sell personal data to third parties. Where third parties process personal data on behalf of Onelink, Onelink will seek to ensure that appropriate confidentiality, security, and data protection obligations are in place, taking into account the nature of the service, the sensitivity of the data, and the applicable legal requirements.

22.International Transfers

Because real estate transactions may involve international clients, overseas investors, foreign sellers, non-resident landlords, overseas service providers, cloud systems, international banks, foreign professional advisers, international portals, and cross-border communications, your personal data may be transferred, stored, accessed, or processed outside the United Arab Emirates.

Onelink will use reasonable efforts, within the scope of its control and its role as a real estate broker, to work with reputable service providers and to process personal data for lawful business, transaction, compliance, marketing, or operational purposes. By using the Website or engaging with our services, you acknowledge that international transfers or foreign access to personal data may occur and that certain aspects of such processing may be outside Onelink's direct control.

23.Data Retention

Onelink will retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including responding to inquiries, managing listings, arranging viewings, coordinating transactions, complying with legal and regulatory obligations, maintaining AML/KYC records, preserving accounting and resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing fraud, protecting online systems, and protecting Onelink's legitimate business interests.

Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the data, the purpose of processing, the transaction involved, limitation periods, regulatory requirements, AML obligations, accounting obligations, tax obligations, dispute risk, fraud risk, cybersecurity needs, and business needs. Where personal data is no longer required, Onelink may delete, anonymize, archive, or securely restrict access to such data, subject to applicable legal, technical, and operational requirements.

24.Security Measures

Onelink will take reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, misuse, alteration, unlawful disclosure, destruction, or unauthorized processing. These measures may include access controls, password protection, secure storage, restricted employee access, staff confidentiality obligations, document management procedures, system monitoring, antivirus tools, firewalls, backup procedures, vendor controls, and internal access limitations.

You are responsible for keeping your own devices, email accounts, passwords, messaging accounts, cloud accounts, and communication channels secure. Onelink shall not be liable for unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss arising from your negligence, compromised accounts, shared passwords, insecure devices, phishing, impersonation, spoofing, malware, payment redirection fraud, or third-party cyber incidents outside Onelink's reasonable control.

25.Cybersecurity Incidents and Data Breaches

If Onelink becomes aware of a cybersecurity incident, unauthorized access event, data breach, or suspected compromise affecting personal data under its control, Onelink will assess the incident and take reasonable steps that may include containment, investigation, mitigation, internal review, service-provider coordination, user notification, authority notification, and corrective measures where required by applicable law.

Onelink shall not be responsible for cybersecurity incidents arising from third-party systems, public networks, user devices, user email accounts, user messaging accounts, property portals, social media platforms, payment platforms, developer systems, bank systems, government systems, or any platform not controlled by Onelink. Users should promptly notify Onelink if they suspect fraudulent communications, suspicious payment instructions, impersonation, or unauthorized use of their personal data in connection with Onelink's services.

26.Payment and Banking Information

Where payment or banking information is provided to Onelink, such information will be processed in connection with invoices, receipts, brokerage commissions, transaction coordination, accounting, compliance, payment verification, dispute management, legal obligations, and fraud prevention.

Onelink's agents, employees, consultants, and representatives are not authorized to request payments to personal bank accounts, personal cards, personal wallets, personal crypto wallets, or unofficial channels. You should independently verify payment instructions before making any transfer. Onelink shall not be responsible for losses arising from payments made to fraudulent, spoofed, altered, personal, unauthorized, or unverified accounts.

27.Accuracy of Personal Data

You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data, property information, transaction details, documents, contact details, ownership information, payment details, compliance information, authority documents, and online form submissions provided to Onelink are accurate, complete, current, lawful, and not misleading.

You must promptly notify Onelink of any change to your personal data, contact details, authority, ownership, property status, transaction position, payment information, beneficial ownership, source of funds, or other information relevant to the services provided by Onelink. Onelink shall not be liable for delays, failed communications, rejected transactions, missed opportunities, regulatory issues, payment issues, or losses arising from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or unauthorized information provided by you or on your behalf.

28.Data Subject Rights

Subject to applicable law and any legal, regulatory, contractual, AML, accounting, record-keeping, fraud-prevention, cybersecurity, dispute-management, or legitimate business restrictions, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of certain data, restriction of certain processing, objection to certain processing, transfer of data where applicable, withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent, and opt-out from direct marketing communications.

Any request should be submitted using the contact details published on the Website. Onelink may request proof of identity before responding to a data protection request. Onelink may refuse, limit, or defer a request where permitted or required by law, including where compliance would conflict with legal obligations, AML requirements, regulatory duties, transaction records, contractual obligations, dispute evidence, fraud prevention, cybersecurity investigation, legal privilege, or the rights of another person.

29.Children and Minors

The Website and Onelink's services are not intended for persons under the age of eighteen or persons who do not have legal capacity to enter into property-related arrangements. Onelink does not knowingly collect personal data from minors for marketing, brokerage, or transaction purposes.

If Onelink becomes aware that personal data has been submitted by or concerning a minor without proper authority, Onelink may take reasonable steps to delete, restrict, or otherwise handle such information in accordance with applicable law.

30.Sensitive and Higher-Risk Information

Onelink generally does not seek to collect sensitive or higher-risk personal data unless such information is necessary for legal, regulatory, compliance, transaction, banking, authority, fraud-prevention, dispute-management, or other lawful purposes. In real estate transactions, certain identity, nationality, visa, beneficial ownership, sanctions, politically exposed person, source-of-funds, source-of-wealth, and financial information may be required.

Where sensitive or higher-risk information is collected, Onelink will seek to process it only to the extent reasonably necessary and in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Access to such information may be restricted to personnel, advisers, service providers, or authorities who require it for legitimate business, compliance, legal, regulatory, cybersecurity, or transaction-related purposes.

31.Office Visits, Viewings, and Physical Interactions

Where you visit Onelink's offices, attend property viewings, attend developer sales centers, attend open houses, meet Onelink representatives, or access buildings, communities, or properties in connection with a real estate matter, additional information may be collected for security, access, meeting, compliance, viewing, or operational purposes.

Buildings, offices, sales centers, communities, and properties may operate CCTV, visitor logs, access systems, identity checks, security procedures, or building-management records controlled by third parties. Onelink is not responsible for the privacy practices, security systems, CCTV, access controls, visitor records, or data processing activities of third-party buildings, developers, communities, security providers, owners, landlords, or building managers.

32.Communication Records and Monitoring

Onelink may record, store, review, or monitor communications, including emails, WhatsApp and Telegram messages, SMS messages, online forms, call notes, inquiry records, viewing records, offer records, complaint records, and client-service communications, for quality assurance, training, compliance, transaction management, complaint handling, fraud prevention, cybersecurity, record-keeping, and legal protection purposes.

By communicating with Onelink through such channels, you acknowledge that records of communications may be retained and used for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Informal communications do not replace formal written agreements, authority-approved documents, RERA forms, DLD documents, tenancy contracts, sale agreements, reservation forms, or other legally required transaction documents.

33.Automated Tools, CRM Systems, and Profiling

Onelink may use CRM systems, lead-management tools, marketing tools, analytics tools, property-matching tools, advertising tools, client segmentation tools, compliance tools, document-management tools, and similar technologies to organize inquiries, understand client preferences, measure marketing performance, improve services, manage client relationships, and support internal operations.

Onelink does not intend to make decisions about you solely by automated means without appropriate human involvement where such involvement is required by applicable law. Automated tools may be used to support, prioritize, organize, or improve services, but transaction decisions, compliance decisions, listing decisions, payment decisions, and legal obligations may still require human review.

34.Third-Party Websites and Platforms

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, property portals, developer websites, government platforms, map providers, social media platforms, mortgage providers, trustee offices, advertising platforms, analytics providers, or other external resources.

Onelink is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, content, cookies, terms, data processing, availability, payment instructions, or conduct of third-party websites or platforms. You should review the privacy policy and terms of each third-party website or platform before submitting personal data, making payments, creating accounts, accepting cookies, clicking advertisements, downloading documents, or using their services.

35.User-Generated Content and Public Submissions

Where the Website or any Onelink platform permits users to submit comments, reviews, testimonials, documents, photographs, property information, feedback, or other content, you must ensure that the submitted content is accurate, lawful, not misleading, and does not contain unnecessary personal data, confidential information, bank details, identity documents, or information belonging to another person without authority.

Onelink may remove, restrict, edit, decline, or delete user-submitted content where it reasonably believes that such content is inaccurate, unlawful, defamatory, misleading, confidential, privacy-invasive, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, or unsuitable for publication.

36.Confidentiality of Transaction Information

Onelink will treat non-public transaction information, client documents, identity documents, compliance documents, ownership documents, financial information, payment information, and communications as confidential, except where disclosure is reasonably required for service delivery, transaction coordination, legal compliance, AML/KYC obligations, authority submissions, dispute resolution, professional advice, enforcement of rights, cybersecurity protection, fraud prevention, or another lawful purpose.

Confidentiality does not prevent Onelink from disclosing information to DLD, RERA, trustee offices, developers, banks, courts, arbitral tribunals, regulators, law enforcement bodies, auditors, lawyers, accountants, compliance providers, professional advisers, service providers, insurers, or other parties where such disclosure is required or reasonably necessary for lawful, regulatory, transaction-related, compliance-related, cybersecurity, or legitimate business purposes.

37.Business Transfers

If Onelink undergoes a merger, acquisition, restructuring, change of control, transfer of business, sale of assets, corporate reorganization, financing transaction, investment transaction, or similar corporate event, personal data may be transferred to the relevant buyer, successor, investor, affiliate, adviser, lender, insurer, auditor, or other party involved in the transaction.

In such circumstances, Onelink will seek to ensure that appropriate confidentiality and data protection safeguards are applied where required by law. The receiving party may continue to process personal data for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, subject to applicable law and any updated privacy notice issued after the relevant transaction.

38.Limitation Regarding Online Risks

Onelink uses reasonable measures to protect personal data and online communications, but Onelink does not guarantee that the Website, email communications, any chat system communications, cloud systems, third-party portals, payment channels, advertising platforms, or other online systems will be free from unauthorized access, interception, malware, phishing, impersonation, spoofing, data scraping, technical failure, or third-party misuse.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Onelink shall not be liable for losses, claims, damages, unauthorized disclosures, failed communications, payment losses, identity misuse, or cyber incidents arising from user negligence, third-party systems, public networks, compromised user devices, compromised email accounts, compromised messaging accounts, fraudulent instructions, fake websites, fake social media accounts, third-party portals, or circumstances outside Onelink's reasonable control.

39.Complaints and Privacy Requests

If you have any question, concern, complaint, correction request, deletion request, access request, marketing opt-out request, cybersecurity concern, suspected fraud report, payment-instruction concern, or data protection inquiry, you may contact Onelink using the contact details published on the Website or the contact details set out at the end of this Privacy Policy.

Onelink will review privacy inquiries in good faith and may request supporting information to verify your identity or understand the nature of your request. Submitting a privacy request does not automatically suspend any transaction, legal obligation, regulatory obligation, payment obligation, commission entitlement, signed agreement, authority procedure, compliance obligation, dispute process, or record-retention requirement.

40.Updates to this Privacy Policy

Onelink may update, amend, supplement, or replace this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, DLD/RERA procedures, AML obligations, data protection requirements, cybersecurity practices, technology, Website functionality, business practices, service offerings, marketing tools, third-party platforms, or data processing activities.

The updated version will be published on the Website and shall take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is stated.
