Mondrian Al Marjan Beach Residences

About This Project

Overview

Mondrian Al Marjan Island Beach Residences is an exclusive residential development by Elevate in collaboration with Ennismore, introducing the renowned Mondrian lifestyle to the UAE’s northern emirates for the first time. The project represents a new benchmark in contemporary coastal architecture, fusing iconic design, artful detailing, and the signature sophistication of the Mondrian brand.

Designed by the globally acclaimed architecture firm Gensler (San Francisco) with interiors by Bergman Design House (London), the development exemplifies modern elegance through its sculptural façade, seamless integration of light and space, and refined material palette. Each residence is conceived to reflect the harmony between design innovation and luxurious beachfront living.

With a total development value of approximately USD 500 million and completion scheduled for Q4 2028, Mondrian Beach Residences will feature a curated selection of hotel-style amenities — including a rooftop infinity pool, sky lounge, private beach club, wellness spa, fitness studios, and family recreation areas — all supported by Accor One Living’s premium hospitality services.
