J188

About This Project

Overview

J188 is a boutique, wellness-focused residential development by JAD Global. Designed around the principles of neuroarchitecture, the project emphasizes the connection between living spaces and human wellbeing, creating a calm, balanced, and restorative environment for modern urban living. The architecture follows a minimalist approach, with clean lines and carefully articulated facades that play with light and shadow to create a refined and tranquil aesthetic. The project offers a selection of thoughtfully designed 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, alongside commercial spaces.

A key highlight of the project is its curated selection of amenities designed to support an active, social, and balanced lifestyle. Residents benefit from a wide range of lifestyle amenities, including a rooftop panoramic swimming pool, sky view deck, landscaped gardens, and a padel court. Additional facilities include a fully equipped gym, sauna and steam room, library, co-working spaces, social lounges, and dedicated indoor and outdoor play areas for children.

The development offers thoughtfully designed apartments where natural light, spatial flow, and material selection work together to enhance comfort and reduce stress. Interiors feature floor-to-ceiling windows, neutral tones, high-quality finishes, and smart layouts that support everyday functionality, relaxation, and productivity. The layouts are efficiently planned with a focus on functionality and flexibility, incorporating advanced features such as acoustic insulation, circadian lighting systems, and air and water filtration to support a healthier living environment.
