Ocean Tower

About This Project

Overview

Ocean Tower at Dubai Islands is a contemporary residential development by Al Ansari Group, combining a refined waterfront lifestyle with a distinctive position within the community. Located on Plot 119, the development occupies a site with a land size of more than 58,000 sq. ft., substantially larger than many neighboring plots. The site also benefits from a higher permitted building height, allowing Ocean Tower to rise G+2+14 floors, compared with many surrounding developments at approximately G+2+8.

The project offers a collection of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments featuring contemporary finishes, high-quality materials and fully equipped kitchens. Residences are delivered unfurnished, giving owners the flexibility to personalise their interiors.

A major highlight is Ocean Tower’s extensive resort-style amenity offering. Residents can enjoy a lazy river, infinity pool, dedicated jogging track, landscaped leisure areas and a spectacular Sky Lounge on the 14th floor, providing elevated views across the surrounding waterfront. Together, these amenities create an environment focused on relaxation, wellness and social living.

Location description and benefits

Set within Dubai Islands, Ocean Tower benefits from a prime waterfront location with convenient access to the island’s growing leisure, hospitality and dining destinations. The development is positioned close to the new bridge connection to Dubai Islands, enhancing accessibility to mainland Dubai and the wider city.

Directly across the road, approximately a two-minute walk from the development, is the marina, which is planned to feature a selection of restaurants and cafés. This proximity gives residents convenient access to a vibrant waterfront setting while maintaining the privacy and tranquillity of residential island living.
